Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Legal Counsel, you ensure compliance with legal standards, safeguard the organisation through sound legal judgement, and support business decision‑making across the Sales Market. You guide stakeholders on legal requirements, draft and review agreements, manage risks and contribute to strong governance practices. You will: - Set and enforce legal standards, templates and strategies. - Negotiate, draft and review contracts and agreements, including lease agreements. - Conduct judicial enquiries, due‑diligence processes and identify legal risks and consequences. - Stay up to date with global and local legal requirements and support the market in applying them. - Support tendering processes and safeguard the company in contractual matters. - Handle and settle disputes and legal matters. - Set and implement routines for documentation, contracting and administration together with internal stakeholders.
