Invoice to Pay Manager

About the role We are looking for an experienced leader to manage end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay operations within our Service Delivery Centre. The role covers Accounts Payable, In-House Banking, and Travel Expenses across multiple entities and regions. You will ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable operations while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery of Invoice-to-Pay processes (AP, payments, expenses, banking) - Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment execution - Deliver services in line with SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements - Maintain strong financial controls, including audit readiness and payment security - Lead, develop, and engage a team of team leaders and specialists - Build strong relationships with Finance, Procurement, HR, and business stakeholders - Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives - Manage risks, escalations, and ensure business continuity Your profile: - 10+ years of experience in Finance Operations / Shared Services - 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams - Strong understanding of Invoice-to-Pay processes (AP, paymen...
