Performance Review Officer Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £41,771 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: We are looking to recruit a detail‑focused and organised Performance Review Officer to provide high‑quality administrative and performance support to the Disrepair and Litigation Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring effective case management, accurate data handling and the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service. Key responsibilities include: - Providing efficient and professional administrative support to the Disrepair and Litigation team - Administering housing disrepair and litigation casework, including logging, updating and maintaining case records and documentation - Coordinating information to support case progression by liaising with Legal Services, surveyors, contractors and internal teams - Acting as a first point of contact for routine enquiries, identifying urgent issues and escalating where appropriate - Supporting meetings and case management activity, including arranging meetings, preparing paperwork and issuing actions or outcomes - Maintaining and administering service systems, ensuri...
