OVERVIEW: McKim & Creed is seeking a System Administrator at our Corporate Headquarters in Raleigh NC. In this role, we are seeking an experienced and motivated individual familiar with the Windows environment and in general, an all-around IT professional comfortable working with an IT team in a mid-size organization to support and expand the IT infrastructure. The position will involve many different aspects of technology, and we encourage looking for innovative solutions to problems using the latest available tools. There is also a mix of problems and projects that ensure no two days are alike. DURING YOUR WORK DAY, YOU WILL: Collaborate with IT Team members to provide end user support, to complete scheduled network maintenance tasks, and to identify areas of improvement or new requirements for the IT infrastructure. Identify and implement solutions to improve these areas or meet these requirements. - Listen to the end user and ask questions to solve issues - Research and solve problems - Provide technical support remotely required - Some overnight travel may be required.
