TITLE: Senior Manager of Data Analytics, CLRWD JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager of Data Analytics will provide technical leadership and data management expertise for the JNIWL Center for Leadership Research and Workforce Development, serving as the primary architect for the HerDataTX platform and supporting evidence-based research on women’s leadership. This position combines advanced technical expertise in data analytics with research support, managing comprehensive data collection, analysis, and platform development that enables the Center’s research initiatives and workforce development programming. This position provides critical technical infrastructure and data expertise that supports the Center’s mission to establish TWU as the national leader in women’s leadership research. Work is performed under general supervision and performance is based on the effective operation of the administrative function. The performance evaluation is conducted through the performance evaluation system and in accordance with University Policies & Procedures.
