About your job: In this position, you’re responsible for the overall business performance and development of the Territory – Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – acting as the local ambassador for Sandvik. Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. Your key responsibilities: Driving short- and long-term business plans and growth initiatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors.
