Purpose of Role: We’re looking for a Relationship Manager (In-Life Lending) to join our Credit Monitoring Team (CMT). This role sits at the heart of our loan book, managing customer relationships post origination and ensuring strong credit oversight throughout the lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in: Managing in-life changes to lending facilities Monitoring credit risk and identifying early warning signs Supporting customers while protecting the bank’s position Driving process improvements as we continue to scale This is a high impact role with real exposure across credit, operations, and relationship teams.
