What We’re Looking For… We are seeking a full-time Café Cook to join our team! This person will be responsible for preparing all menu and food items to defined standards and guest specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least beginner knife skills, the ability to read and measure basic recipes, knowledge of sauté and braising and the ability to execute prep list in a timely manner.
