About the Role: Forterra is seeking two motivated, high-performing Capture & Proposal Analysts to support the company’s growth organization. These roles are ideal for early- to mid-career professionals who have hands-on experience supporting defense acquisition, capture, and/or proposal development and who want to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Capture & Proposal Analysts will report directly to the Senior Director, Capture & Proposals and work closely with portfolio-based Growth Leads.
