Role Overview: The Fulfillment Specialist I is an expert in all aspects of the fulfillment function within the Operations department. As a Fulfillment Specialist I, you will exemplify best practices and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you will: - Assist with receiving consignment from VIP sellers and help authenticate and quality control orders - Train fellow fulfillment associates in receiving and packing processes - Prepare orders for shipment, including unboxing, labeling, and packing - Manage process flow, generate scan forms, and oversee courier drop-offs and pickups - Troubleshoot order issues to ensure timely resolutions - Maintain a clean work area to protect merchandise and prevent injuries - Learn sneaker...
