Job Title: Painter Blaster I Note: This role is for Night Shift. A Premium of $2.20 will be paid for every hour worked. Job Summary: The Painter Blaster I role is responsible for painting parts for the painting of various parts for agricultural machinery. Responsibility: Ability to blast and paint all Salford frames and products evenly as per Salford’s quality standards. Ability to train other/new employees on proper painting/blasting procedures, including equipment. Ensure quality standards are met with all products leaving the paint line. Ability to load and unload frames. Maintain detailed records pertaining to projects including; mil readings, paint consumption, and ambient environment readings. Follow all health and safety procedures as outlined in the hourly employee handbook and departmental safety procedures. Clean and maintain personal painting, ventilation, blast equipment and personal protective equipment. Take direction from assembly & paint supervisor as needed for specific products or projects.
