The Fleet Manager for SO2 will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of SO2 trailers, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. This role includes dispatch management, advisory on trailer repairs, and acting as the subject matter expert on SO2 operations. The Fleet Manager will also engage directly with customers on-site, particularly during emergencies, and collaborate with Sales, EHS, and Transportation for comprehensive assessments. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Trailer Maintenance Management: - Oversee maintenance schedules for SO2 trailers to ensure safety and operational efficiency. - Monitor maintenance activities and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime. - Verify invoices from repairs and approve for payment. - Responsible for oversight and improvements of SO2 tanker components, and Univar owned parts list. - Offer expertise and advice on trailer repairs, ensuring all repairs are conducted in accordance with industry standards Emergencies: - O...
