We’re expanding and hiring a Distribution Clerk to work from our logistics facility located in Gastonia, NC. The Distribution Clerk provides administrative support to the Logistics team while utilizing the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS). In this role, you will support both inbound and outbound operations through clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory control, and smooth workflow across all warehouse activities. Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Requirements: - Verify and process incoming shipment documentation. - Update inventory records in the Blue Yonder WMS. - Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve any discrepancies or issues. - Maintain accurate records of received goods. - Prepare and process shipping documentation. - Update order status and inventory records in the Blue Yonder WMS. - Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments. - Ensure all outbound documentation is accurate and complete. - Maintain organized files and records of all warehouse transacti...
