Job description

Job Summary The Order Fulfillment Coordinator ensures timely and accurate communication between project management, sales, warehouse, and the production team. This position is responsible for monitoring customer order status, generating daily reports from internal systems, and facilitating workflow across departments to support on-time delivery. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide daily customer order status updates directly to Project Managers. - Generates and distributes reports on customer orders from internal ERP systems (SL8, Lamons App, SRS) to support order tracking and production planning. - Assists in tracking back orders to prevent delays in customer orders. - Act as a liaison between warehouse, production, and shipping department to ensure timely movement of customer orders. - Communicates order delays, job holds, releases, and material discrepancies to the Sales teams across all Lamons branches. - Monitors Order Fulfillment progress and escalate concerns or inconsistencies as needed to internal stakeholders. - Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in ERP systems to support visibility and customer communication. - Ensures timely follow-up on orders that requir...
