Leadership and Collaboration Leadership and Collaboration --- This project-based class uses organizational sociology, psychology, economics, and political science to ask what good leadership is and how people can be effective leaders when they lack formal authority. Practical exercises, academic readings, and leader profiles ground this exploration of collaborative leadership, a process with deep roots in Michigan organizational research.
