Harmsworth Media is looking for a CRM Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of the growth strategy for two of the UK’s most respected titles: New Scientist and The I Paper. You will be responsible for executing a multi-channel strategy that touches every part of the subscriber journey - from the moment they onboard to long-term retention and win-back. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with 1–2 years of experience to leverage a world-class CRM platform and deliver truly personalised customer experiences. Main Responsibilities: Strategic Execution & Automation: - Support the Head of CRM in delivering our overarching roadmap - Audit and evolve automated lifecycle programs, including welcome series, renewals, and win-back flows - Partner with internal data teams to identify segmentation opportunities and maintain database hygiene - Manage a rolling A/B test plan to ensure every touchpoint is optimised for conversion Campaign Management: - Own the end-to-end pro...
