Posting Date 04/13/2026 2476 Swedesford Rd, Malvern, Pennsylvania, 19355-1456, United States of America General Purpose of the Job: The primary purpose of the Clinical Services Manager role is to support clinics by ensuring safety readiness through immediate response to adverse events and regulatory surveys; upskilling clinic teams via targeted coaching on clinical competencies; and providing expert oversight for clinical outcomes by addressing performance outliers. This involves conducting internal audits, facilitating quality improvement initiatives, coaching staff on best practices, removing barriers to performance goals, and collaborating with leadership to drive accountability across facilities. Clinical and prior leadership experience required: RN.
