Summary: Provides leadership in the acquisition and delivery of all aspects of construction management for federal construction contracts. The Director of Construction responsibilities include safely managing and driving program initiatives, overseeing large complex construction projects, sustaining and expanding services, managing client relationships, and coordination with home office personnel, clients, and other stakeholders. The Director of Construction must be an independent, self-motivated professional, with the ability to demonstrate innovation, excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service and relationship building. This senior level position, while reporting to the President, is responsible for managing daily operations ensuring efficient and cost effective operations of office and field personnel serving a multi-state area. The salary range for this position is $178,806-228,872 per year.
