Job description

The EMEA Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with our TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) business areas and successfully oversee recruitment end-to-end. The primary focus will be on our business areas in Italy, but you will also be working with our hiring partners across the wider EMEA region. We are seeking a highly skilled technical recruiter (ideally Engineering) with a solution-driven mindset and the ability to develop long-term, trusted partnerships with your key business stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and partner with senior leadership teams across our TIC organisation to develop robust and solution-driven hiring strategies to attract the best talent in the marketplace. Through your experience and utilising tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, you will provide targeted market intelligence to our leaders and their direct reports to help shape recruitment solutions.
