About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Maternal and Child Health Nurse to deliver holistic, family‑centred care to families with children aged 0–6 years. The role promotes optimal health and wellbeing within the community in accordance with Maternal and Child Health Service Guidelines. In the Sleep and Settling Outreach role, you will deliver evidence-informed, tailored support to families experiencing sleep and settling concerns with children accessing the MCH Service. The Sleep and Settling Outreach MCH nurse will provide intensive, one-on-one, in-home consultations and telehealth consultation directly addressing sleep challenges and fostering confident parenting.
