Job Summary Vertiv is seeking a driven and high-performing Manager of Vertiv Operating System (VOS) to support the deployment and advancement of Lean transformation across our global enterprise. This role will focus on enabling our Global Service Delivery team to embed Lean thinking, elevate performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a key member of the VOS team, this individual will act as a strategic business partner and coach, empowering teams through practical tools, clear standards, and cultural change. This position requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in Lean deployment and a strong understanding of how to bring continuous improvement to life within complex, cross-functional environments.
