Outlet Captain | Hotel Indigo The Outlet Captain supports the oversight of daily operations within the F&B Department while actively participating in service. This role assists with developing, training, and motivating staff, ensures smooth service across all outlets, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. The Captain supports routine operational tasks, actively serves guests on the floor, and provides support to other front-line team members as necessary.
