Description Position Summary: The Control Tower Specialist role is responsible for coordinating communication, monitoring order flow, and supporting operational execution within the control tower, dispatch, and inventory functions. This position ensures accurate processing of delivery information, timely handling of expedited orders, and alignment between internal teams and the customer. The Control Tower Specialist serves as a key operational support role, maintaining visibility across logistics activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.
