JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: The Manager of Retirement Plan Services (RPS) is responsible for the management and administration of Retirement Plan Services as well as for the overall strategy development, client relationship management (administration), compliance with ERISA rules and regulations, and bank policies and procedures.
