Software Engineering Supervisor – Web & Mobile Platform

Job description

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for driving delivery, execution, and cross-functional alignment for Resideo’s OnePortal web platform. This role partners closely with the Lead Software Architect (peer role) to bring the platform vision to life through high-quality, predictable delivery. While the Architect defines the technical direction and architecture, the Engineering Supervisor ensures that engineering teams execute effectively against that vision. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivery excellence, team effectiveness, and strong collaboration with Product and GXD (Global Experience Design). The Engineering Supervisor will also play a key role in fostering Resideo’s AI-first development culture, ensuring teams leverage modern tooling and practices to improve velocity and quality.
