Quality Manager

Job description

We are hiring a Quality Manager at our Paducah, KY facility. The Quality Manager is responsible for assuring that the facility complies with applicable regulations while continually improving the quality of products. The position requires interaction with customers, suppliers, purchasing, sales, operations manager, quality director and auditors in order to drive continual improvement while at the same time reducing the facility’s PPM. The Quality Manager is a member of the facility staff that develops strategy and demonstrates leadership with regards to all quality and non-quality related tasks. Mentoring, coaching and driving the Worthington Philosophy throughout all levels of the facility is imperative. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the facility is compliant to all regulations, codes and standards Ensure compliance to all domestic and international codes, standards, and regulations.
