Residential Specialist - Overnight POSITION SUMMARY: Assists the Capitol Place General Manager in directing the efficient operation of the Capitol Place residential complex. Performs assigned duties related to the management and maintenance of the Capitol Place building facilities, resident accommodations, and terms of occupancy. Assists in establishing and developing personnel, administrative, and maintenance standards. Assists in the preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and budgets. Performs the duties of the General Manager in his absence. Ensures safety of residents, guests and employees by holding safety training classes and maintaining the building security system and procedures. Review and approve incident reports. Qualifications: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: residents: the observance of applicable laws. Reports all discrepancies and infractions to the General Manager. violations. c.
