The Lead Federal Account Executive – Civilian Agencies is responsible for leading and driving revenue growth across assigned U.S. federal civilian agencies by developing strategic relationships, identifyin g mission-aligned opportunities, and managing the full sales lifecycle. This role requires expertis e in civilian agency procurement, strong partner collaboration, and the ability to position solutions that support agency modernization, efficiency, and public service outcomes. Primary Position Tasks: Own, lead, and strategically manage a portfolio of U.S. federal civilian agency accounts, ensuring growth and long-term customer value Develop, refine, and drive execution of multi-year account strategies aligned to agency missions, modernization priorities, and enterprise business goals Oversee and guide the identification, qualification, and capture of new business opportunities across civilian agencies, ensuring disciplined pipeline management Provide leadership across the full sales lifecycle, from early-stage shaping and capture strategy through proposal development and contract award Strengthen and expand trusted relationships with program managers, contracting officers, CORs,...
