POSITION SUMMARY: Marathon is seeking a Corporate Environmental, Safety & Security Standards (ES&S) & Processes Manager. The Corporate ES&S Processes Manager leads the HESS&PQ Processes group. Primary responsibilities include MPC’s Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS), HESS&PQ Auditing programs, Corporate HESS&PQ strategic planning, budget and standards processes, and HESS&PQ Governance committees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports MPC’s Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) implementation across the company. Partners with business units to assure the HESS&PQ Auditing process is executed effectively. Maintains a strategic perspective across MPC to identify and share best practices related to OEMS and HESS&PQ auditing.
