As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Backend Developer to join the Digital team and help us in crafting and maintaining our website, internal web-based applications and public-facing platforms. Responsibilities: - Architect and develop scalable backend applications using the PHP / Nodejs following best practices and design patterns. - Be fully integrated into the entire project lifecycle, ensuring backend expertise is utilized from the earliest stages right through to long-term maintenance. - Collaborate closely with graphics designers, frontend developers, and other teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Integrate with the Larian ecosystem, working with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and ensuring smooth data flow across systems. - Actively contribute to the evolution of the technology stack, driving decisions around new tools, frameworks, and best practices for backend development and infrastructure.
