Job Description Summary: Reports to IT functional leader, and is responsible for leading and directing both the people and the processes within a defined area in IT. Role may also be responsible for the management of outcomes delivered by third-party supplier vendors and for interacting with and owning the relationship with the internal customers within the business units and service lines at OhioHealth. Manages the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for multiple components/processes to support Custom Solutions, including Web/Mobile/Integration/Automation.
