The Sales Specialist's scope will often include small contract work and sizeable replacement jobs as well. An experienced Sales Specialist is expected to meet sales goals in accordance with gross margins. Besides chasing down “incoming” leads to the branch, the Sales Specialist is expected to be able to make proactive sales calls on prospective customers as well.
