Description HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing therapy team at a continuing care retirement community located in Goshen, Indiana (Elkhart County). The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations, complete recertifications, progress notes and discharges and treat patients on an as needed, PRN basis during increases in caseload, scheduled time off and occasional weekend needs. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred, as coverage is typically needed for vacations and other scheduled time off.
