Location: Riley Hospital – Home Based Requirements: - Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited academic program in speech pathology; or, if foreign trained, graduation from a speech pathology education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. - Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. - Requires current licensure in the state of Indiana. - Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. - May require credentialing for certification as an early interventionist. - Requires a certificate of clinical competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for this certificate. - Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
