Description The Community Manager at ACC Management Group is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of affordable housing communities, ensuring compliance with tax credit regulations while delivering high-quality resident services. This role includes managing property operations at Regency (Little Chute) – Senior Tax Credit community and City Center (Brillion) – Family Tax Credit community . The Community Manager works to create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment tailored to the needs of both senior and family residents.
