Within the firm’s Private Client Group (PCG) —the division dedicated to Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients—leadership is seeking a proven executive to take the helm of the West Region , based in Scottsdale, Arizona . This is a rare, high-visibility role at a pivotal moment. Vanguard’s UHNW business is evolving—rethinking its service model, deepening client advocacy, and expanding its footprint with some of the largest self-directed investors in the firm’s ecosystem. The leader who steps into this seat will inherit a tenured, highly specialized team of Relationship Managers and Executives managing multi-billion-dollar books of business, and will be expected to elevate both the client experience and the team’s strategic impact across the enterprise.
