Job description

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Horticulture the Manager, Horticulture is responsible for the strategic oversight, maintenance, and enhancement of the resort’s exterior grounds, landscaping, seasonal decor, and floral displays, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and safe environment. Develop and execute plans for landscape sustainability, seasonal transformations, and exterior aesthetics, maintenance and repairs, while maintaining high standards of guest experience in a hospitality-driven setting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Leads the planning, design, and execution of landscape maintenance, seasonal decor, and floral installations, ensuring proper preventative maintenance of all exterior grounds, including parking areas, pathways, and resort perimeters.
