About the job: Summary of Responsibilities: The VP will be part of the team responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of secured Real Estate and Data Center Finance transactions for BBVA’s U.S. client base, including REITs, developers, financial sponsors, and asset managers. Analysis of trends and market conditions in the Real Estate and Data Center Finance markets across the U.S. and preparation of internal and external market updates. Assist in the preparation of marketing material and proposals for existing and prospective clients. Manage the deal analysis and approval process of loan requests and renewals, including the underwriting process, loan booking, and loan monitoring.
