WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, guests, and property within a designated area. They play a crucial role in preventing and responding to security threats, emergencies, and incidents. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The position is a supervisory role that will include assigning officers to specific posts and duties to include any lawful directive withing the companies’ policies. Job Summary: To monitor the quality of service to customers attending shows/events in entertainment venues and assist in shows/events preparation and conclusion. Responsible for being a visible presence during all showroom and theater performances, ensuring operational efficiency and the highest level of customer service is achieved. It is the Security Officers’ duty to be aware of their surroundings while maintaining their individual positions.
