XTEL’s core business relies on providing AI solutions in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) to the CPG/FMCG market. In this role, you will work on our client solutions, and you will oversee the health status of our delivery processes. Through a structured training program, you will learn how our AI solutions work, and you will soon be able to perform both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on the clients’ installations. Accordingly, your main responsibilities will include both schedulable activities and on-demand ones (such as troubleshooting and debugging, data extractions and/or validations, minor and major change requests). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep our AI systems healthy, valuable, usable and explainable, while managing feedback flow to ensure resilience and a proactive process.
