SUM M A R Y: This is an entry level position responsible for providing internal customer service with a broad range of operational support activities for local and regional Pike Engineering operations. This role will report to a Supervisor or Manager in a Pike Engineering office. ESSENTI A L DUTIE S A ND RESPONSIBILITIE S: Under supervision the individual in this role is expected to:  Input information accurately from a variety of sources into computer database or applications to support time and expense entry, work management, invoicing, AP, expense reconciliations or and other processes as assigned.  Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying. May serve as the receptionist for the Pike Engineering facility.  Run reports from a variety of tools or systems and review data inputs/outputs for completeness and correctness  Arrange employee engagement activities in the office.  Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails as directed  Meet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner  Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments; maintain the maste...
