Position Overview: Being the Shop Manager it is your duty to drive your shop’s success, hitting labor and sales targets as set by the Regional Shop Manager and Regional Operator. You will provide leadership for the crew through being the example and providing training as needed. Following set building, health, and Dutch culture standards; remaining compliant in all areas at all times. Creating a platform for finding, defining, and attaining each individual’s compelling future goals.
