Job description

Responsibilities / Tasks Support the digital transformation of business processes, contributing to the implementation of innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency, quality, traceability, and decision-making. The role acts as a bridge between Technical, IT, and Business areas. As a member of the Technical Software Tools team, the candidate will be placed within GEA’s Engineering Department and will be required to: - Analyze and map existing business processes (engineering, production, quality, maintenance, supply chain). - Collect functional and technical requirements for digital solutions. - Support data management or process improvement activities and user training. - Monitor the performance of digital solutions currently in use and propose continuous improvements. - Create, maintain, or modify Power BI dashboards and reports - Participate in weekly team activities. - Ensure alignment with quality, safety, and cyber-security standards.
