POSITION SUMMARY: The Pool Monitor is responsible for a clean and safe amenity environment for our residents to enjoy. This is a part-time temporary position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure that residents are using their lanyards to enter the pool area. These will be ordered and handed out by the property staff in the leasing office once the pool rules are signed. If a key or key card is needed to enter the pool area, one will be given by the property staff once the pool rules are signed. - Make sure that there is only one guest per occupant of each home (everyone listed on the lease can bring one friend). A rent roll will be provided weekly by the office staff. - Make sure that each resident and guest sign a liability waiver form before entering.
