Project Management Specialist

Job description

NORESCO is seeking a Project Management Specialist for its Federal and Energy Services teams. We are seeking an individual that has construction experience with a variety of construction tasks, including combined heat and power (cogeneration), utility distribution systems, and other energy infrastructure on campuses. This individual will be responsible for working with a construction team, supporting project development, estimating, scheduling, contract/subcontract development, safety oversight, project financial performance, quality control/quality assurance and contract compliance. About the role: The Project Manager will be a team member supporting project needs from development through construction completion. They will support project teams as needed to meet overall Company objectives. We will rely on this individual to participate in internal and external meetings providing their expertise to assist the teams as we develop successful projects to address client needs.
