About the Role: We're looking for someone with hands-on residential electrical experience who wants to transition into a more technical, system-driven role. Instead of working in the field full-time, you'll evaluate projects remotely—reviewing photos, videos, and customer information to develop installation plans and proposals, primarily for EV charging and residential electrical work. This role sits within the Scoping Operations team and is critical to ensuring every project is installation-ready before it reaches the field. You'll use your electrical knowledge daily, just from a laptop rather than a job site . This is not a strict 9–5 role....
