Schedule: Full Time ( M-F, 8a-5p) Work Location: Gateway Plaza: Department Supported: Physical Security: Primary Responsibilities: Manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments. Requirements: Preferred: With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - will need to be able to balance multiple projects of various complexities at the same time. - Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience. - 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required. - Experience working in a complex, matrix environment. - PMP certification preferred. - Healthcare Industry experience a plus. - Indiana University Health has nearly 40,000 team members, including more than 3,600 physicians and 1,200 advanced practice providers,...
