If you have experience with mold remediation, water damage restoration, or environmental cleanup — and you're ready to step into a leadership role — this opportunity is for you. Experience is preferred but not required. This is a hands-on supervisory role with a clear path to departmental leadership within 2–3 years. You'll manage microbial remediation projects in the field, lead a team, and work directly with customers — all while receiving mentoring to eventually oversee the department. We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver with high standards, strong work ethic, and a passion for safety, training, and customer service.
