About the job We are seeking a self-starting and crafty Product Designer to play a key role in shaping the direction and user experience of a deeply technical platform used by firmware and IoT engineers to monitor, debug, and maintain connected devices at scale. Our cloud platform builds on the Memfault device observability tools acquired by Nordic in 2025, combined with location, over-the-air update, security, and device messaging services. You will have direct ownership of product direction alongside product managers and engineers. You will own the design process end-to-end, conduct user research, and contribute to the development of our design system. With your focus on clarity and usability, data‑driven mindset, and excellent cross-team collaboration skills, you will help shape impactful product experiences.
