How you’ll contribute: As the Head of Hedging Solutions reporting to the Head of Variable Annuity Strategy, this position is primarily responsible for the management of the firm’s hedging strategy, with an emphasis on creating and implementing hedging strategies that optimize both economic and statutory outcomes. You will be a thought leader for the firm on the practical utilization of derivatives and will deepen the firm’s understanding of how hedging affects financial performance and capital efficiency. You will consult on model design and collaborate with senior management on hedge trading strategy and tactics.
